About the organization

ESI has been in the international health arena since 1999. ESI’s specialty is developing International Expat group benefit solutions for mission sending ministries. Additionally, ESI is considered one of the top consultants in the international community regarding ACA and how to protect and help clients negotiate the legal challenges surrounding ACA and the international regulatory environment.
Bob Tidrow is the latest to partner with ESI, joining in April of 2017. Bob is a native-born Texan, raised in Wichita Falls, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a primary focus in Marketing and Finance. After spending over 20 years in the employee benefits area, working for Cigna, Aetna, and New York Life, he went into Christian service working with GuideStone Financial Services for the last 8 years. He has built a career around developing unique employee benefit strategies and strong long-term relationships with his clients. He has done extensive work with mission sending organizations, Christian universities and other non-profit ministries across the United States.
