Christian Community Health Care, Inc. exists to offer the truth, love and compassion of Jesus to those in need in our community through the provision of primary and urgent healthcare by qualified, licensed medical professionals.

We began in 1996 as a medical outreach ministry to rural northeast Allen County, Indiana, and have now grown to serve patients throughout northeast Indiana and northwest Ohio!

1996 – Founded and incorporated 

1997 – Opened first clinic in Leo, Indiana

2005 – Purchased facility in Grabill, IN

2005 – Partnered with A Hope Center to open a satellite pregnancy center

2007 – Expanded Primary & Urgent Care Clinic hours

2012 – Added Executive Director position

2013 – Started Ear | Nose | Throat Clinic

2014 – Partnered with Living Free Recovery for addiction counseling

2014 – Started Chiropractic Clinic 

2020 – Started Mental Health Counseling 

2022 – Capital Campaign for new clinic
