The 2012 GMHC is soon approaching and we're in full gear to build this gathering time with quality and excellence to help better connect and education you and the thousands who attend to engage in healthcare missions. We're excited about the variety of speakers, wide range of exhibiting organizations, and some special new events for this year. We look forward to seeing you in November.
This year we are focusing our pre-conference on the purpose of engaging the next generation in healthcare missions. This session is for church leaders, youth leaders, and anyone seeking to learn tools for engaging the next generation via means and discussions of mentorship and healthy discipleship. This session run 8a - 1p on Thursday, 8 November. We host this pre-conference in a "TED-style" format to allow the voices of multiple experts to speak into the subject matter. Lunch is provided and discussion time occurs over lunch. This is open for anyone, come join us!

Announcing our first annual post conference... just for students and residents... anyone preparing for a career in healthcare and healthcare missions. Our event this year will dig into the major obstacles to missions so that we can take these head-on... subjects such as debt, family support, marriage, spiritual maturity, and other major obstacles that prevent us from ever reaching the field. Our goal in this event is to dig into solid teaching from the best in the business while also allowing precious time for discussion, prayer, and listening to what the Lord might be teaching us. This event run Saturday, 10 November 1-3p. There is an additional charge.
